We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen.
Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We are able to accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge - contact us here within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
- Unopened & Unused: If you wish to return an unopened / unused product, contact us here within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with.
Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or videos. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs (Rs.50 for initial shipment and Rs.100 for return shipment and processing).
